Support
Endyoro is a training platform for endurance athletes and the coaches who work with them. We launch in early 2027. Support is answered by the small team that builds the product, so you get a real answer rather than a ticket number.
Contact
We reply within two business days. Tell us the date of the session and which watch or app it came from and we can usually settle it in one reply.
Connected devices and accounts
Endyoro reads training from the device you already own. Every connection is made by you, from one screen, and can be undone from the same screen.
Connect a COROS account
Go to Settings → Connected accounts → Connect COROS. That opens COROS's own sign-in page, where you review what Endyoro is asking for and authorise it. COROS sends you back here and the connection is live. Nothing is read from your COROS account before you complete that step — we never ask for your COROS password, and we could not use it if you gave it to us.
Disconnect a COROS account
Same screen: Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect, next to COROS. Disconnecting revokes Endyoro's access token with COROS and stops all further sync immediately — no new workouts, no new health data, no background requests. Workouts already imported stay in your Endyoro history; deleting your account removes those too.
What Endyoro reads, and what it writes
From a connected watch account we read:
- Completed workouts — activity type, start time, duration, distance, pace and cadence, plus the detailed workout file where the vendor provides one.
- Daily health data — sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, SpO2 and VO2max. This comes from your phone's health store (Apple Health or Android Health Connect), which you grant separately. A COROS account connection carries completed workouts only.
We write one thing back, and only to watches that support it: the training sessions your coach has published, as structured workouts you can start from the watch. Nothing else is ever written to your device or your vendor account.
We do not read contacts, messages, location outside the workout track itself, or payment details.
When a workout shows up
A workout reaches Endyoro about five minutes after it syncs from the watch to the vendor's own app. That last part is the one people miss: if the watch has not synced to COROS, Garmin Connect or Apple Fitness yet, there is nothing for us to receive.
Other devices we support
- Garmin — install the Endyoro Connect IQ app from the Garmin store, then sign in on the watch. It also runs prescribed sessions with live pace and heart-rate targets.
- Apple Health — connect in the Endyoro iOS app and grant read access to Workouts, Sleep, Heart and Respiratory data. Covers Apple Watch and anything else writing to Health.
- Android Health Connect — connect from the Endyoro Android app and grant the same categories. Covers Samsung Galaxy Watch and most Wear OS devices.
Troubleshooting
- A workout has not appeared.
- Check the vendor's own app first — COROS, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness. If the workout is not there, the watch has not synced and Endyoro has nothing to pull. If it is there and fifteen minutes have passed, open Settings → Connected accounts: an expired or revoked token shows as Reconnect rather than Connected. Reconnecting replays anything that arrived while the link was down — we hold those deliveries rather than discarding them — but it cannot fetch workouts your watch never sent, so a session missing from the vendor's own app stays missing here too.
- The same workout appears twice.
- That is two sources reporting one session — usually a watch account connection and a phone health connection both forwarding the same run. Delete whichever copy you do not want from the workout itself, then turn off the source you do not need in Settings → Connected accounts. We merge only sessions whose start times are within a few minutes of each other, so a manually logged duplicate will not be caught automatically.
- Pace targets are not showing on my watch.
- Sync the watch after your coach publishes the week — targets travel with the workout, not separately, so a watch that has not synced since the session was published will not have them. On Garmin the session is delivered by the Endyoro Connect IQ app; on COROS it lands in your training calendar on the watch. Apple Watch cannot receive prescribed sessions yet, so those workouts come back to us as completed activities only.
- How do I delete my account and my data?
- Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, workouts, health data and every device connection, and any linked coach loses access at the same moment. It cannot be undone, so email support@endyoro.com first if you want an export of your training history.
Privacy and your data
Your training and health data is used to serve you and the coaches you have explicitly linked to your account. Nobody else sees it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or analytics.
The full detail — every category we collect, who can see it, which processors we use, where it is stored, how long we keep it and your rights under the DPDP Act — is in our privacy policy.
Disconnecting a device stops new data arriving. Deleting your account removes the data we already hold. Privacy questions, including a request for a copy of what we hold, go to privacy@endyoro.com.
